Codaeu ("the App") is a private business application made available to authorised personnel of the licensed organisation. It is not a public service. By using the App you agree to these terms.
Authorised use
Access is granted to named individuals for the licensed organisation's internal business purposes only. Keep your credentials confidential, do not let anyone else use your access, and use the App only for the purposes your organisation has authorised.
Confidentiality
The App, its screens, and the information held in it are confidential to the licensed organisation and to Venari Solutions. Do not disclose, demonstrate, screenshot, export, or describe any part of it to anyone outside the organisation without written permission. This obligation continues after your access ends.
Messaging
The App uses the WhatsApp Business Platform to send operational notifications and receive replies. By using the App with a registered contact number, you consent to receiving those messages.
Acceptable conduct
- Do not share access with anyone who is not authorised.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, probe, misuse, or gain unauthorised access to the App or the systems it runs on.
- Do not copy, extract, reproduce, or reverse engineer any part of the App beyond what your role requires.
- Enter accurate information into the App.
No warranty
The App is provided on an "as is" basis for internal use. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or discontinue any part of it at any time.
